Buddy & sister Shirley
Buddy Walker, christened "Nick", has been an entertainer since the day he was born. The youngest of three children, he grew up in Norfolk, England where he lived until 2008 and has many life long friends. He has four children of his own: Scott, Richard, Kathryn & Olivia.
Buddy started his professional career in a band and often performed at the Norwood Rooms Ballroom in Norwich. After a stint in Manchester, Buddy returned to Norwich where he continued to build his career. As well as a successful solo career, Buddy ran the Nicky Walker Entertainment Agency for many years. He is now concentrating solely on his Buddy Holly Tribute Show.

Buddy has performed in many countries both as Nicky Walker and more recently as Buddy Walker. In the year 2000 he was invited by the BBC to take part in a documentary called "Rock Shrines". Some of the filming took place at the crash site where Buddy Holly, The Big Bopper & Ritchie Valens perished. In 2002 he performed at the legendary Surf Ballroom in Clear Lake, Iowa, the site of their last performance.
Buddy has travelled extensively in America visiting places of importance in the Buddy Holly story and meeting his family and people who knew him and performed with him. In the process he has made many new friends and has many stories to tell.
In an exciting new adventure, Buddy is planning to take his Tribute Show to the Costa del Sol in Spain where he plans to live permanently.
